Background: Computer users are at risk of musculoskeletal disorders due to immobility and static activities, therefore the aim of this study was to evaluate the risk factors of musculoskeletal disorders using ROSA method among computer users of administrative section of Sabzevars hospitals. Materials and Methods: In this descriptive-analytical study, which conducted 1397, 151 administrative staff were selected from four hospitals by census method. To investigate the pattern of pain in their limbs, participants completed the Body Map checklist and ROSA method was used to assess the ergonomic risk factors at workstations. Data were analyzed using SPSS software and t-test, Chi-Square / Fisher's Exact and Pearson statistical tests was analyzed. Results: The results showed that the most pain and discomfort reported among the participants were in the lower back (54.32%), back (51.16%), neck (44.24%), and shoulder (38.97%), respectively. Moreover, knee (36.02%). It also showed a significant relationship between age, work experience, exercise and gender with musculoskeletal pain (P-value <0.05). There was a significant relationship between chair score with pain in back, back and knees and mouse and keyboard score with pain in shoulder and wrist (P-value <0.01). Conclusion: The high prevalence of musculoskeletal pain and the high score obtained in the ROSA method among hospital staff is evidence of the need for ergonomic interventions among them.

Introduction: Due to the increasing number of aging population in developing countries such as Iran and the role of social capital and successful aging in the aging population, this study aimed to investigate the relationship between social capital and successful aging in the aging population, Iran.
Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional descriptive study was performed on 402 aging people randomly selected from 6 health centers in the city, 2 aging homes and 3 open centers (medical sciences, education, social security) in 2019-2020 as a research population by stratified sampling. To collect information from the aging demographic information questionnaires, Onyx and Bowen Social Capital Questionnaire, Successful Aging Questionnaire, and aging Cognitive Status Questionnaire (AMT) were used for data collection. Data were analyzed using SPSS-22 software and Pearson correlation, focal tests, and multivariate regression.
Results: The mean of age of the subjects were 68.8 years. The social capital score was correlated with the successful aging, which was positively and moderately correlated (r = 0.662). Nearly 30% of the changes in the scores of the dependent variable of successful aging were influenced by the variables of social capital and marital status, living with relatives, employment, and educational level (r2 = 0.29).
Conclusion: The results of this study confirming the predictive power and impact of social capital on the index of successful elderly in the community are puzzling and relationship was found to be more significant. Social capital as an independent variable significantly affects successful aging as a dependent variable.in other words, social capital has the ability to predict successful aging.in some aspects including physical health, mental health, physical function and cognitive status. This findings could be a good guide for further research focus and for the authorities and practitioners, to achieve successful aging goals.

Background:There are many chemicals in Portland cement including crystalline Silica. Workers’ exposure to cement airborne particles containing Free Crystal Silica may cause some serious diseases. This study was carried out to evaluate Free Crystal Silica particle concentration in the workers’ breathing zone in a cement factory in the Khorasan Razavi province.Materials and Method:The concentration of free Crystal Silica of respirable cement particles was evaluated on 42 sample of workers in different sections of a cement factory in the Khorasan Razavi province in 2018. Sampling of respirable particles was conducted based on standard method of MDHS101/2 recommended by NIOSH, using a personal sampling pump, a cyclone and a filter. Filters were weighed using an accurate microbalance with one microgram precision. Filter was analyzed by XRD method for determination of free crystalline silica. Results:The mean workers’ exposure to cement respirable particles was 3.75±4.09 mg/m3 and the average concentration of free silica in cement respirable particles was 0.12±0.3 mg/m3 in all studied sections. On average, 69 percent of workers were exposed to free silica higher than OEL. Maximum average of exposure to free silica (0.54 mg/m3) was observed in stone crushing section and the minimum average exposure was observed in Raw mill section (0.03 mg/m3).Conclusions:Workers exposure to respirable cement particles and free crystalline silica in respirable particles were higher than national and international exposure limits. There is a relationship between temperature and respirable particle concentration. Regarding high exposure of workers to free crystalline silica respirable particle concentration.

Bakground: The Female sexual dysfunction can be caused by a range of different factors. The aim of the present study is to assess the prevalence of female sexual dysfunction and its association with related psychological factors. Matrials & methods: This is a descriptive-analytical research on 322 women in Sabzevar during 2015 year. The Sampeling was Stratified random .The instrument which has been used in research is Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI), Depression Anxiety Stress Scales (DASS). The descriptive statistics and regression was analyzed by STATA 12 Software. Results: Most of the Subjects were between 20 to 30 years old. (186= N (.The mean and Standard deviation of the Subjects were respectively M (29.64), SD (6.60) .The prevalence of sexual dysfunction was %40, So that the highest and lowest prevalence was in subscales of sexual desire (46/73) and dissatisfaction (8/18), respectively.The prevalence of depression, Anxiety and Stress was (48/9), (60/63) and (54/66), respectively. Statistical analysis showed that there is a significant relationship between Sexual function with variable stress with adjusted odds ratios (01/2) and confidence interval (18/3-04/1) and depression variable in different sub- groups with adjusted odds ratio higher than two. Conclusion : Anxiety and depression can effect on female sexual dysfunction. Therefore in treatment of sexual dysfunction is better to pay more attention to these variables. .

Evaluation of immune response to HBV vaccine in the staff and students of Sabzevar University of Medical Sciences (2014-15) Background:Hepatitis B is a bloodborne infections and it is predicted that about two billion people in the world have been exposed to the hepatitis B virus. Because of occupational reasons, medical students and staffs are more susceptible to expose to this disease than other members of society. Materials and Methods:This study is a descriptive-analytic study and 238 staffs and students of Sabzevar University of Medical Sciences were randomly selected and sampled. Then, the antibody titer of surface anti-protein of hepatitis B virus (HBs- Ab) was measured using ELISA method and the results were analyzed using the software Stata 12 after recording the demographic results and information. Results:Out of 238, 156 persons were female ( 65.5%) and 82 persons ( 34.5%) were male. 66% of individuals had antibody higher than 10 mu/ml and 37.4 % of individuals showed the appropriate answers higher than 100 u/ml. The relationship between job, sex and marital status with the immune response was significant. 100% of people who received full dose along with the booster vaccine were immune. Over time, the percentage of immune people has been decreased. Conclusion:Considering the reduction of response to vaccines over time and healthcare personnel being at risk, it is recommended that antibody titer was periodically examined in these individuals in 5 to 10 years to administer a booster dose in the case of a decrease in antibody titers.

Objectives Mental health is the most important factor in nurturing and developing students' potentialities. This study has tried to examine health mental and related factors in newcomer students of Sabzevar University of Medical Sciences. Methods This is a descriptive-analytical research performed on 364 students of Sabzevar University of Medical Sciences in the academic year of 2012-2013. Health mental Questionnaire (GHQ) was used to gather information and the data were analyzed by software STATA 11. The questions in this study were stated in the form of null hypothesis to be analyzed at the 0.05 level of significance. T-test and ANOVA were used to compare the means.Results The overall prevalence of mental disorders was found to be 11.26% (41 students). The study indicates that, of all disorders assessed, social dysfunction disorder was the most common (prevalence of 32%; 120 individuals), while depressive disorder was of the least prevalent (%2.208; 8 individuals). The maximum prevalence of disorder in female, single, non-local and undergraduate students was respectively 12.75% (32 individuals), 12.62% (33 individuals), 11.97% (31 individuals) and %12.46 (38 individuals). Comparing of the fields of education, the student in clinical laboratory science had better mental health (17.4%) than the ones in other majors.Conclusion Regarding to the obtained results, at the beginning of study, symptoms related to social conflict in students were more common than other symptoms. Confirming the existence of mental disorders in students require more psychological investigation and assessment of students. Thus, providing counseling and psychological services based on the findings are recommended.

Background & Objectives: Stroke is a debilitating and chronic disease. Caring of a patient with stroke can affect caregiver’s life dimensions, especially their quality of life. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of patient care education on caregivers’ quality of life of stroke patient.
Materials & Methods: This randomized field trial was performed on 120stroke patients who were hospitalized in Vasei hospital in Sabzevar in 2014. Research units were randomly assigned to two groups: intervention group (n=60) and control group (n=60).Both groups completed SF-36 questionnaire before and one month after education. Data analyzed through chi-square, wilcoxon, paired t-test and independent t-test with STATAsoftware(V.12) with 5% significant level.
Results: The results revealed that, one month after education, scores of quality of life was significantly higher in intervention group than control group. The most differences were in General Health (p=1.000), Role ofPhysical(p=1.000) and Role of Emotion (1.000).
Conclusion: Teaching caring to caregivers of stroke patients leaded to enhancement of knowledge and skill in caring of patients and, finally, increased their quality of life. So,the importance of teaching care skills to caregivers by nurses must be paid more attention than before.

Background: the influence of various factors on the strength and durability of the family, including the couple's consent this study examined has the effect of electrical training Quranic teachings on marital satisfaction in employees has Sabzevar University Medical Sciences. Materials and Methods: The study intervention (before and after) on 32 married female employees of Sabzevar University Medical Sciences in 2013 years. Information was collected regarding marital satisfaction questionnaire and for data analysis used (STATA) software of version 11. .In all analyzes considered the significance level of 0/05and assumptions test is bilaterally. Used Descriptive Statistics for assess marital satisfaction and demographic and to analytically used to ANOVA test, of paired test and two sample test. Results: Participants were a mean age of 35±/85 in year.It was past Average number of years that the participants were married, 11/66±9/2 years. The average of Marital Satisfaction after intervention was increased 29/14 ±4/6. Average in all aspects of marital satisfaction was increased after the intervention than before the intervention. The distortion of diversion, marital satisfaction, personality problems, communication, conflict resolution, financial management, sex, family and friends, egalitarian roles, religious orientation, the mean was significantly than before the intervention. Conclusions: The results show the positive impact of e-learning Quranic on marital satisfaction on female employees It seems due to the increasing use of electronics and computers in today's society, E-Islamic religious trainings, can significantly impact the quality of life and health.

Background and Objective: Libraries are the main levers of supporting educational programs in any university. A university without a good library cannot be successful in fulfilling its educational and research programs. The current condition of a library should be studied to find out whether it plays its part well as one of the main components of the university.
Materials and Methods: In the present research, the condition of the central library of the Medical University in Sabzevar was studied based on four quantitative indices of budget, human resources, collection, building and equipments. The library condition in 2012 was investigated in this study and descriptive statistics (the mean, standard deviation, percentage and frequency) was used to obtain the required information.
Findings: The findings showed that the library has observed 71.42 and 38.5 percent of the required standards of human resources and the collection, respectively. On the other hand, the budget index has been reported to be 3.2 times higher than the standard amount (320%). The standard index of building and equipments has been observed up to 51.48 percent.
Conclusion: In general from among the four quantitative standards (budget, human resources, collection, building and equipments), only the budget standard has been completely observed by the central library of the Medical University of Sabzevar and other aspects are far from the standards.

Abstract
Background & objectives: Cancer prevention and treatment by medicinal plants for a long was is one of the most challenging areas of research. Among them, some plants species could suppress or kill tumor cells via apoptosis or necrosis. One of these plants is Astragalus. The purpose of this study was investigating the anti-cancer effects of this plant.
Material & method: The cancer cell lines obtained from Pasteur Institute of Iran. The cells were cultured in RPMI 1640. Then the cells have effected from the presence of various concentrations (0.156, 0.312, 0.625, 1.25, 2.5, 5, 7.5 and 10 mg/ml) of Astragalus cystosus. After 72 hours the rate of cytotoxicity was determined by using MTT test. These statistical analyses carried out with a significant level of 0.05 and t-test with excel software.
Findings: These findings indicate that the extract of Astragalus cystosus on Hela cancer cell lines had cytotoxicity in all concentrations and the highest inhibition was 7.5 and 10 mg/ml concentrations. The rate of inhibition in higher concentrations such as 10mg/m1 was equal to 28.98% which is the highest one.
Conclusion: Regarding that the extract of Astragalus cystosus had cytotoxicity on hela cancer cells, further studies can be performed on animal model and clinical trial so that Astragalus used as an anticancer drug.

Abstract
Background: because of long communication between nurses and patients, nurses have the great opportunity to decrease anxiety level in patients and educate them. The purpose of this study was to evaluate performance of patient’s education in nurses and patients’ view.
Methods and Materials: This descriptive study was conducted on 110 nurses and 110 hospitalized patients who were being discharged in the summer of 2013 in the three educational hospitals in Sabzevar. Data were collected through a questionnaire for nurses and patients and analyzed using spss software, version of 15, and descriptive tests.
Results: Nurses' performance results showed that patients illustrated the highest level of training in time of admission was the way of using needed equipment (15%), during the hospitalization was time of drug usage (41%) and in discharge time was follow-up and the next visit the doctor. (30%).Also, Nurses mentioned the further level of education in admission, during hospitalization and discharge time were how to use of the equipment (38%), different methods of pain relief (66%), subsequent follow-up and going to the doctor (41%).
Conclusion: This study indicated that level of patients education has not been efficient in all of three times in nurses and patients ‘point of view. Therefore, health care managers should take some measure to enhance nurses’ awareness about the importance of patient education.
